Recipes from Artesa Spiced Pecans 1 cup water 2 cups sugar 1 cup pecan halves 3/4 cup pecan spice mix Bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and add pecans. Simmer for 8 minutes. Drain. Season while hot with pecan spice mix (recipe below). Bake in oven at 325 degrees for approximately 6 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
