As grape growing has its seasons and
rhythms, so does winemaking. One large variable regarding the variety of
wines we produce is the time they spend aging in oak barrels. As a
result, our new releases of wine fall into an annual pattern.In the spring, we release our Reserve and Limited Release Wines of Reserve Cabernets, Merlots, and Sauvignon Blanc. In summer, three of our unique wines; Pinot Blanc, Garnacha Rosado, and Albarino, are released. The fall brings the release of our Classic Tier Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Elements blend into the marketplace. Also released in the fall is our Reserve Tier Tempranillo. Finally, the winter brings our much awaited Classic Tier Cabernet Sauvignon, our Reserve Tier Estate Pinot Noir and Estate Chardonnay, as well as our Limited Release Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
